My therapeutic focus lies in offering an approach that is both individualized and pragmatic, tailored to the personal needs of each client. My foundation is in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which I have expanded over the years to include schema therapy and addiction counseling. My goal is to address current challenges through a concrete and realistic treatment plan – one that offers clear perspectives and fosters mutual commitment in the therapeutic process.
I also offer animal-assisted interventions with my therapy dog Suki, which have proven highly effective. This form of support often helps clients in crisis to open up and engage with their difficulties in new and meaningful ways.
